Law office LEADELL Fogels, Vītols & Paipa successfully represented before the court the interests of the client (employer) in an employment dispute. After analysing the opinion of Attorneys at law of law office and submitted evidences, the court found valid employer’s notice of termination. Notice of termination was based on circumstances that employee has acted illegally and therefore has lost the trust of the employer. The court accepted the position of our office that illegal action arises from improper performance of the job duties. As a result of mentioned performance such conditions were created in which third persons could cause damages to the employer.
