Our clients say – Achema Group about the due diligence in Litagra’s buying case
We have just received a feedback from our client “Achema Group” about the case that has recently been closed where transfer of UAB “Litagra” trading business and grain elevator network in Lithuania and Latvia has been made to the “Achema Group”. Transaction amount – more than EUR 25 million which has definitely been one of the largest deals in Baltic’s recently.
