Please note that the regulation on the need for an official electronic address applies to all legal entities.<\/h3>\n<h2><b><i>Amendments to the Law on the Official Electronic Address- applicable from 1 January 2023<\/i><\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Official electronic address shall be mandatory for all legal entities (companies, associations, foundations, trade unions, and other legal subjects registered in Latvia)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b><i>Amendments to the Law on Electronic Identification of Natural Persons &#8211; applicable from 1 February 2023<\/i><\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Merchants who provide e-services and carry out electronic identification of persons must provide citizens with the opportunity to use national electronic identity tools to prove personal identity online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What to do in case of uncertainties?<\/h2>\n<p>LEADELL V\u012btols team actively provides professional support in legal matters to clients.
