The work of the Baltic team of LEADELL has once again been evaluated by the international publication Legal 500<\/em>, giving us a total of 14 high evaluations in 8 different practice areas. The Riga office LEADELL Fogels, V\u012btols & Paipa has reached the best results in such practise areas as Banking, finance and capital markets, dispute resolution, IP, IT and telecoms, as well as employment.<\/p>\n

Legal 500<\/em> has quoted the references received from our clients Altum, DNB bank and Riga Development Solutions about the performance of Riga office in the field of debt recovery and dispute resolution, not only acknowledging the managing partner K\u0101rlis V\u012btols<\/a>, partner Nils Fogels<\/a> and attorney at law Ilze Jankevi\u010da<\/a> as \u201creal experts\u201d in the field, but also recognizing them as ones who \u201censure a sense of security\u201d for their clients.<\/p>\n

LEADELL Fogels, V\u012btols & Paipa is also evaluated in the fields of IP, IT and telecoms for the legal assistance provided to \u201cProact IT Latvia\u201d in regard to terms and conditions for cloud computing, as well as in the field of employment for providing legal assistance to Livorno Pharma with dismissing a board member and in issues related to termination and hiring of emloyees.<\/p>\n
